The "work hard and honesty" ethics instilled to him by his dad helped shape Dean's life in business. Along with real estate, Dean's 15 years experience in residential construction can help you with many aspects of your residential real estate decisions. At age 35, Dean fulfilled a longtime dream of owning beachfront property in a tropical setting. Since the late 90's, he's been busy developing property and has built beach houses on the pacific coast in Costa Rica. The desire to help others reach their dreams...  When he's not helping families to buy or sell in real estate in the Fraser Valley, Dean enjoys travelling, golfing, and spending time with his wife Toni, and 2 children, Kaila and Lee.
